Leasing

When we lease your unit, we handle everything up until the tenant moves in. We will market the unit, tour with potential tenants, find the best qualified tenant when they apply and we’ve verified their credit, employment and rental history, and background check as the law allows. When they sign the lease, the owner takes on the security deposit and move-in, as well as any further management of the property.

Management

Choosing Management Services with us covers all of the leasing, plus the management of the unit after the lease signing. We move the tenants in, we hold the security deposit, collect rent, and handle any maintenance issues that arise. We work with the owners to resolve issues so investors can get their best return from the property.

Fees

The leasing fee is *one months’ rent for a 12 month lease. There is no additional charge for advertising. Funds are collected from the tenants rental payment, there is no charge to the owner, until the property is rented.  The management fee is 10% of the gross rent collected, with a $100 minimum.

Complimentary Valuation

Before we sign a contract, I will come out to the property and walk the lot with you. We will devise a unique strategy for your investment and explain the process in more detail, as well as offer a rental price for the unit. From there, I will work with you to get your highest return from one of your best investments.
