When I first purchased my townhome as an investment in 2005, Ann was the property manager assigned to me.
I was new to being a landlord and it did not help that the property was in Washington and I was in England, but Ann helped me learn the ropes.
Since then no one has managed my property, but Ann. When she changed jobs, I moved the property to follow her as I like the way she handles things and I trust her judgement.
Ann is dilligent, professional, thorough and very good at managing my property as if it were her own.
She also has a wide network of reliable companies she works with regularly (plumbers, electricians, painters, landscapers, handymen, etc.). Less

Our experience with Ann Lopez has been great. My husband and I moved across the country last June and had a short amount of time to get our home in order. We hired Ann Lopez, she promptly made sure we had all our questions answered and needs meet. She always takes the time to address concerns. She was always positive and confident about the complete process.
The one thing I have enjoyed most about Ann Lopez is how prompt she is to return calls and emails. I have on several occasions called, left messages and/or sent emails. She is so prompt in answering all questions and all handling issues. Recently we needed new landscaping contract on our property.
